Where to ask, what item support covers, and how to get a fast answer.
01How to get help
- Search these docs firstPress

Most setup questions are answered in Troubleshooting and the FAQ. - Ask on the item pageUse the Comments tab of the item on CodeCanyon for questions other buyers may also have, or the Support tab for your own installation. Sign in with the account you bought with.
- Contact the authorFor anything else, use the contact options on the author's CodeCanyon profile page. Mention your CodeCanyon username.
Get a fast answer
- Send the item version (2.0.0), the platform (Android, iOS, web demo, backend or console) and the output of
flutter --versionandnode --version. - Paste the exact error message and the command you ran. For backend problems, add the lines from Firebase console → Functions → Logs. For the console, add the Status page result.
- Never send service-account key files,
ADMIN_SECRET_KEY, provider or AI keys, the Google Play service account JSON, the Apple.p8keys, AdMob OAuth tokens, keystores or passwords, and never post them in comments. We will never ask for them.
02Item support policy
Support follows Envato's item support policy. Your purchase includes six months of item support; you can extend it on the item page.
